Sunday Banana & Chia Seed Smoothie... post running drink made for my mum



Banana & Chia Seed Smoothie 

Ingredients

1 Frozen banana
1/2 tbsp Peanut butter
1/2 tbsp Chia Seeds
1 cup semi skimmed milk

Additional: This mixture became too thick and viscous so froze cubes of the mixture into an unused plastic egg box and placed into the freezer. The mixture was thinned out with excess milk and a dash of 'Chocolate Nesquick' (mum did not like the banana taste).

METHOD

1. Place all the ingredients into a small blender and blend until smooth.
